There are only small number everywhere in the non-English world.. even in Germany, Austria.. just look at WitchVox.

There used to be a map on the homepage, but it was by far not as comprehensive as that of the ADF, and now it seems to be gone. But haven't encountered any Czech here yet, and new posts appear with the location of the author, so I guess I would know by now... unless it's a silent Czech :o)
